ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE/POLICY CHANGES
· Parents will fill out appropriate forms from licensing and Good Foundations Daycare registration forms
· Parents will be given a copy of the operational policies of Good Foundations Daycare and will be notified within 10 days if a change in the policies is to be made
The parents will sign updated operational policies to be kept in the child’s record – one copy per family
