NUTRITION:
PARENTS WILL PROVIDE MEALS/SNACKS FOR THEIR CHILDREN:
1. PARENTS will sign a statement that the parents are choosing to provide the child’s meals and/or snacks from home and the parents understand the child-care center is not responsible for its nutritional value or for meeting the child’s daily food needs.
2. IF the parents provide a meal but not a snack, we are responsible for providing a snack. See Section 746.3307 of this title (relating to what king of food must I serve for snacks?)
3. We will provide safe and proper storage and service of the individual meals and snacks provided by parents
4. We will ensure meals and snacks provided by the parent are not shared with other children
